Why train with us?

The real question is, you could train somewhere else but why would you want to?  You can run on a treadmill, but if you play a multi-directional sport, what relation does that have to your game?

You could workout at a health club, but if you’re going to pay for a membership only to exercise by yourself on equipment designed to tone and firm, how relevant is the workout program?

You can get a lot further in life with talent and professional guidance than just talent.

So why train with us? Because when you experience what real training is like, anything else is just exercise…

Sports Performance Advancement - We Build Winners Here!

Nine current and
recent SPA trainees advanced to the
2008 Wisconsin State
 Track & Field meet
in 18 different events!

"You guys are great! A couple of the parents at the track meet last week were talking about the program at your competition so I decided I would check it out. To tell you the truth, after seeing both places there is no comparison. Your program is better designed, you have better equipment and the S.P.A. staff are a lot more experienced. After seeing both places I don't know why any parent would send their kids anywhere but S.P.A."
~Rhonda E., track & field parent

"Having 10 years in the NFL at one of the most physically demanding positions in football, I know a thing or two about the importance of being properly trained. When my son decided to take his pro career to the next level by training at SPA, I'm convinced he chose the best place in the country to prepare himself."
~Mike Pruitt, 1976 1st round draft pick and 3rd all-time leading rusher for the Cleveland Browns
